Our semi-automatic SRR roll cleaning device, developed from our years of experience in field service, is equipped with a standard drive that forcibly rotates the roll during maintenance. Unlike conventional drives that use chains or belts, our unique drive system eliminates the risk of dust generation due to wear on the drive components. Traditionally, cleaning a 1700 mm wide adhesive roll took about 15 minutes, but with our device, the cleaning is completed in approximately 2 minutes! This also reduces inconsistencies caused by operators and can help improve yield!
